We develop! Changes in Adgar Plaza Team

The beginning of 2013 was very positive for the Adgar Plaza Conference Centre. Our revenue increased by 58% compared to the same period last year. This shows that the venue is becoming more and more popular among organizers of different business events. Additionally the sales success brought about positive changes - one promotion and one new hire.

Monika Kaczmarczyk, who has been New Business Manager in the Adgar Plaza Conference Centre so far, was appointed Sales Director on 1 April Monika joined the team in 2012. She is responsible for the strategy and sales activities in the Centre. Previously she worked as Income Manager in the Novotel Hotel in Warsaw (Orbis S.A.) and Sales and Marketing Manager in the Mercure Fryderyk Chopin Hotel in Warsaw (Accor Polska Sp. z o.o.), where she worked for more than 10 years. For Monika sales is not only a long, professional experience, but also a passion which is visible in her everyday relations with clients. “Sales is not only successful completion of a transaction, but above all it is building long-term relations between two parties, based on loyalty and trust” – said the new Sales Director.

Apart from the promotion of Monika Kaczmarczyk, the centre’s team has been enlarged, with Anna Grabowska-Kowalska joining to take on the position of Event Manager. She gained her previous job experience in Sofitel Warsaw Victoria Hotel, where she worked as Event Coordinator and in Mercure Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin Hotel, where she was Event Organizer. In the Adgar Plaza Conference Centre she will be responsible for comprehensive client service at event organization.
